Easy 5 Ingredient Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream

Only 5 ingredients stand between you and some delicious creamy (almost raw) vegan ice cream: Cashew nuts, cacao powder, vanilla extract and maple and agave syrups (vegan chocolate chips optional.) Even a picky 7-year old will love it. Enjoy! ps The ice cream is 90% raw because maple syrup is typically processed with heat above 115F degrees. pss Oops! Made a mistake when I answered a posted question below – must have been zoning out! I’m using the Blendtec blender. Although Vitamixs are great too! I wrote a review comparing the two on my blog here: thelabrawtory.com The ice cream maker is the Panasonic BH-941P Ice Cream Maker. It’s very easy to use and compact. Just don’t put too much “batter” in it because then it won’t freeze sufficiently. But I believe this model ice cream maker has been discontinued. :( Courtesy of Kali Lilla www.KaliLilla.com Music Credit Evenflow by Pearl Jam
